I may be the only holder of the German Hell Diploma. This was issued by the German Amateur Radio Teleprinter Group, GARTG, (Deutsche Amateur Fernschreib Gruppe e.v., DAFG), now defunct. To my knowledge, I was the first person to apply for the diploma, and I am not aware of any other active Hell-friends who got round to applying for it before DAFG/GARTG closed down.
